According to different working pressures, cleaning machines can be divided into three types: low-pressure water jets (below 100bar), high-pressure water jets (between 100bar-1000bar), and ultra-high-pressure water jets (above 1000bar). Choosing the form of water jets according to the degree of contamination of the cleaning object greatly improves the cleaning efficiency. For example, 35MPa can clean soft scale in the heat exchanger; 50-70MPa can clean scale in the boiler; 70-120MPa can clean mild rust; 70-140MPa can clean hard scale in the heat exchanger; 140-200MPa can clean alumina scale. The continuous deepening of the integration of various industries has made the industrial cleaning industry more closely connected with various industrial activities.
